The Alliance Story

Alliance Lending, based in San Jose, CA, started with the mission of delivering the best customer experience possible. This focus on the Customer Experience has helped Alliance, not to become the biggest lender, but to be the best.

Because we empower our loan officers and are not beholden to specific lender products, we can make better recommendations and pass better rates to our customers. This, coupled with a consultative advice approach, helps to deliver transparency and a Great Customer Experience that has enabled us to foster life-long relationships with our customers.
